How do you find competitors' new pages?
We read each competitor's public XML sitemap once a day. The first scan records every existing page as a baseline. After that, any new URL appears in your feed and we email you a summary.
How does the AI visibility check work?
You add the questions your customers would ask an AI assistant, such as "best roofer in Austin". We ask Gemini (and ChatGPT where enabled) each week and record whether you and each competitor are mentioned in the answer.
Does this replace Ahrefs or Semrush?
No, and it doesn't need to. Hawk Radar is a focused monitor that tells you what changed and what to act on. If you already use a large SEO suite, it works alongside it; if you don't, it covers the competitor checks most small teams actually need.
Why are some competitors showing zero pages?
Some websites don't publish a sitemap or block automated requests. In that case we can't see their new pages, but AI visibility, rank gap and backlink gap still work for them.
